BMD creates animated wine label
31st October, 2011
AGDA members BMD used lentiuclar printing for The Pawn Wine Company’s latest label design.
You’ve seen the technique on cheesy Gold Coast bikini clad postcards... Now you see it, now you don’t!
As you tilt the label a new label is revealed – even the story on the back label changes.
Vintage 11 for The Pawn Wine Co. was the "Vintage from Hell", with many vineyards succumbing to the wet summer. The Pawn sacrificed making their Sangiovese to create a Rosé style wine, El Desperado. In chess, El Desperado is a doomed pawn determined to give itself up to bring about a stalemate when captured - a pawn that is as good as dead - setting out to do as much damage as possible.
Visit their website and go to the wines section. All will be revealed!
