Working from over seas VS Chicken-Out

4th April, 2012 by Sarah Stephenson

I’ve been offers a freelance job on a website, where I can work from home. It’s ideal and mind blowing. But the website is just been launched only a few days and it’s in Europe. Should I take my chances and go for it or chicken-out? I might not get another opportunity again if I don’t take part!

Just ask yourself "Is the offer too good to be true". If the answer is yes, don't bother. If the offer is realistic then make sure you're going to get paid. Asking for a deposit up front is a good idea.

Darling, which part of Europe? Be careful of Russian mafia. Today you make website, tomorrow they hack into bank account and steal you for sex slavery.

Also, please check your messages for spelling and typos before you post, my dear. A graphic designer who provides clear, concise and accurate written communication is a like a well-groomed fashionista.

Look good in print my dear! Sometimes it is the only chance we get to make a good first impression in this cyber world.

Have a beautiful day!
