How to push your marketing.

in a very competitive online world the best thing you can do for your website is search engine optimisation or what is commonly referred to as SEO.


This is the process of ranking your website above your competitors on the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing. Obviously, Google being the trophy engine to be on the first page.


Getting there is very difficult and once you are there you have to constantly keep implementing a SEO campaign to ensure that you continue to rank.


Ways to do this include, article writing, getting your opinion out on blogs that are industry specific to what you sell/offer, as well as changing your website to make it fresh and informative.


The real challenge with SEO is that the search engines and in particular Google keep on changing their search criteria so you never know what will happen next. One thing that you can be sure of is that it never stays the same. One day you can be at the top of page one for your main key word and the next day you can be on page two or three.


Probably the best thing you can do as a business owner or if you run a graphic design studio is to engage the services of an SEO company who will help you out and pint you in the right direction.


Never make hasty decisions and never go with the first company you contact. get a feel for what people are saying and what they are offering. There are a lot of cowboys in this industry so you do not want to get burnt.
