Courses for Horses

I am looking at doing some short courses in Dreamweaver and Flash (Intro, Intermediate and Advanced), I have found a couple places in Melbourne (Alpha Computer Consultants and Dynamic Web Training) that hold these courses in 2 - 3 day increments.
Knowing these programs is more so I gain an understanding how it all works rather than having to do the work, as I outsource this work.
The 2 options I have looked at range from $4800 - $6600
My questions is can anyone recommend a course that they have done that they found very helpful, or if anyone has completed any of the above business' courses, did they find them helpful.
