Business setup - Can anyone recommend a good accountant in Melbourne?

Just arrived here and looking for a GOOD accountant. Someone who is savvy and business minded.

Can anyone recommend theirs?

Any advice on company registration/set-up also appreciated. Initial research with going 'online' is about $500-600. Going through an accountant will be a lot more no doubt. Pros/cons..

Finally any advice on setting up would be great, along with recommended referrals to other professions, such as legal etc
